She was predeceased by: her spouse Haskell Sumerel; her parents, Arthur Reames and Kathleen Franks Reames; her son Paul Sumerel; and her brothers, Jimmy Reames and Billy Reames.
She is survived by: her brother Tommy Reames of Laurens. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
