She is survived by: her children, Janet Mundy, Karin Childress (Rob) and Jerry "Jay" Lee Mundy, Jr. (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Ashley Megan McCartney (Wade), Morgan Ashton McCartney, Katelynn Miller (Kyle), Alex C. Mundy, Sarah M. Bodie (Cody) and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Myer, Annslee and Selah Rhys; and her sister Margaret Chastain.
