She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur B. Davis and Dorothy Owens Davis; her son Walter Allen "Wally" Heaton; and her sister Mary Christine Blackwelder (Tena). She is survived by: her children, Christine Dunaway (Jimmy) of Laurens, Tammy D. Heaton (Steve Harlan) of Enoree, SC and James Arthur Heaton (Lori) of Goldsboro, NC; her brother Maxie Allen Davis (Margie) of Whigham, GA.; her grandchildren, Heather Dunaway Tucker (Michael), Kristina Dunaway Crowder (Dale), EJ Dunaway Gardner (BJ), Jamie Dunaway Jennings (Barrett), Kayla Entrekin, Danielle Entrekin Rogers (Chase), Tyler Wayne Rackley (Julia), Ashley Heaton Holbert (Joshua) and ChiChi Heaton Splawn (Josh); and her nieces, Darla Sheppard (Tony) of Clinton and Dianne Miller (Jimmy) of Clinton. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchild.
