He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Lee Mirell and Paul Defoix Ballard. He is survived by: his siblings, David Ballard of Rock Hill, SC and Brenda Ballard of Chesnee, SC.; and his family, Brad and Stacey Munn of Little River, SC.
