He was predeceased by: his father Richard Ross Weisner Sr.; and his brother-in-law Gary Roach. He is survived by: his wife Shannon McBride Weisner; his sons, Jacob Weisner of Buffalo, Conner Weisner (Cheyenne) of Kansas City and Richard "Ross" Weisner III of Lancaster; his granddaughter Karine Weisner; and his siblings, Melissa Roach of Lancaster, Melanie Brown (Scott) of Kershaw and Semming Austin of Oslo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
