He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Walter Miller, Sr. and Sarah Smith Miller; and his brothers, Paul Miller and Michael Miller. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Miller of Lancaster; his sons, Larry Miller of Virginia, Tommy Miller of Virginia, Gregory Miller of Virginia, Dennis Miller of Virginia and Walter Miller of Virginia; his stepson Frank G. Gibbs, Jr. (Christa) of Indian Trail, NC; and his siblings, David Miller of Virginia and Carolyn Byrd of Virginia. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
