She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blair McCarthy and Margaret Watts McCarthy; her husband George Eubanks; and her sisters, Cindy McKinney and Teresa Lamb.

She is survived by: her son Jason Eubanks (Jessica); her granddaughters, Lauren Eubanks and Emma Suthard; her brother Mike McCarthy (Sandy); her sister-in-law Joy Ghent (Bob); and her close friend Shirley Raffaldt. She is also survived by extended family; and many other special friends.
