He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Cohen and Sadie Cohen; and his sister Doris Cohen. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cohen; his children, Mark Cohen (Carey), Jason Caskey and Susan Cohen; his grandsons, Ruben Cohen and Jonah Cohen; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Hunter (Carol), Milton Hunter (Susan) and Matthew Hunter (Angie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
