He is survived by: his mother Hattie Alice Patrick Rushing; and his siblings, Ry'Quan James of Lancaster, SC, Quintan Diago of Atlanta, GA, Clifford Patrick of Franklinton, NC, James Diago of Lancaster, SC, Dondeogo Hayden of Lancaster, SC, Franklin Craig of Charlotte, NC, Trina Diago of Lancaster, SC and Lisa Miller of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
