We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2023, at the age of 88, James Monroe (Lancaster, South Carolina), born in Lester, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Monroe to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit League and Eva Greene League; and his siblings, Robert League, Ted League, Eloise Gentry and Gay Meadow.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Charlotte Rodeheaver League of Indian Land; and his children, Stewart Monroe League (Tammy) of Fort Mill, Regina Ann League (Gus Sundermeier) of Ballantyne and Kyndell Lee Lover (Douglas) of Indian Land. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
