He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Boyce Huey (Retired Police Chief) and Sally Bleeka Carnes Huey; and his brother Wayne Huey. He is survived by: his wife Betty R. Huey; his children, James F. Huey Jr. (Sharon Snipes Huey) and Gwendolyn Huey Marsh (Jayson Marsh); his granddaughters, Savannah Wooden (Josh) and Breanna Pittman; his brother Retired Colonel Robert Huey (Joyce); and his daughters, Gwen (Jayson Marsh), S. C. and Directed.
