She is survived by: her mother Vonnie Prosser Smith; her husband Robert Brian Fore; her daughter Crystal A. Cooper; her grandchildren, Brayden Jessica Floyd and Ollie Robert Floyd; her sister Sherry Kellahan (Myron); her niece Anna K. Brown (Ryan); and her nephews, Robert M "Bert" Kellahan (Kerri) and Joshua "Josh" Kellahan (Emily). She is also survived by 9 great nieces and nephews.
