He is survived by: his wife Mary Faye Pate; his children, Thomas Edward Pate, Anthony Thomas Wells, Gilbert Earl Wells, Jacki Lynne Pate and Lisa Ann Pate; his grandchildren, Tauni Pate, Justin Pate, Nathan Pate, Ryan Pate, Drew Campbell, Rachael Stow, Terry Stow, Jonathan Hamilton, Samantha Wells, Kayla McCall, Nikki Wells, Jesse Wells, Taylor Wells, Tyler Wells, Cole Wells, Kira Wells, Gage Wells, Megan Cleary and Jordan Cleary; and his great grandchildren, Faylen, Noah, Natalie, Kaylen, Carson, Braelyn, Marlee, Bailee, Melissa, Kensley and Karter. He is also survived by 2 brothers; 1 sister.
