She was predeceased by: her parents, Doug Green and Evelyn Boles Green Burton; and her grandparents, Earl Boles, Robert and Bertha Lee Green.

She is survived by: her children, Josh Gurley (Valerie) and Paige Powell (Jacob); her sister Casey Kelley (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Aiden, Tylan and Lincoln; her niece Jolie Kelley; her nephew Jake Kelley; and her grandmother Jessie Lee Boles.
