He is survived by: his wife Della Spicer Sprouse; his children, Daniel Sprouse of Cooley Springs, Douglas Wofford of Spartanburg, Martha Johnson (Michael Blackwell) of Chesnee and Denise Gilchrist (Paul) of Spartanburg; his brothers, Carl Roy Sprouse, Jr. of Monks Corner, Jimmy Sprouse of Boiling Springs and Michael Sprouse (Lynette) of Boiling Springs; and his grandchildren, Justin Johnson of Inman, Cody Patterson (Jason) of Boiling Springs and Sarah Sprouse of Landrum.
