He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Kenneth Hendrix and Virginia Dare Peden Hendrix; and his sister Pat Jones. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Medlock Hendrix; his son Greg Hendrix (Susan); his stepdaughter Tanya Kennedy (Tare); his grandchildren, Brady Hendrix, Griffin Hendrix, Michael Shaw and Jessica Shaw; and his great grandchildren, Lathan, Jase and Anastyn.
