He was predeceased by: his wife Iris Oglesby Wiggins; his parents, Leon Wiggins and Lillian Carmon Burn Wiggins; and his siblings, Aleane Wiggins, Tommy and Blair Wiggins.

He is survived by: his son Allen Wiggins, Jr. (Katheryn); his grandchildren, David and Alyssa Wiggins; his brother Lyn Ward Wiggins; and his siblings-in-law, Bobbie Sue Coker (Alvin), Belinda Revell (Clarence) and David Oglesby (Suzy).
