She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Jennings Perry and Irene Mae Perry; her son Ronald "Ron" Smoak; her grandson Austin Tyler Smoak; and her siblings, Walter "Dick" Perry, James Douglas "Doug" Perry and Juanita "June" Wood.
She is survived by: her husband Issac Dykes Smoak; her children, Greg Smoak (Toni) and Kim Smoak (Donnie); and her siblings, David "Mike" Perry (Cheryl) and Sandra "Sunny" Ellison (Chuck). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and a large number of nieces and nephews.
