It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jennings Rickenbacker of Holly Hill, South Carolina, born in Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Hodge Jennings and Henry Jennings; her husband Richard Stokes Rickenbacker, Sr.; her sister Margaret Lee Bartholomew; and her stepsister Frances Russell.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Rickenbacker (Amy) of Harleyville and Henry Rickenbacker of Donalsonville, Georgia; her sister Cathy Jennings of Sumter; her sister-in-law Doris June Avinger; her grandchildren, Clint, Christina and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Aiden and Axl.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA or any Animal Rescue Charity.
