He was predeceased by: his grandmother Minnie Small of Washington; his cousins, Isaac, Jimmy of Washington and Kenneth of Washington; his siblings, Donnie Bunny Collier, Jesse Tim Collier and Ruth Collier Wilkerson; his parent Catherine Lucille Collier of Washington; and his grandfather Isaac.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Johnson; his child However; his stepchildren, Raymond, Alley Riveria, David, Clearence, Williams and Allica Johnson; his siblings, Mary Jane Collier, Catherine Marie Collier of Bronx, Ruben Collier of Ansonia and Willie Collier of North Charleston, SC; his uncle Paul Jesse of Holly Hill, SC; and his goddaughter Dedra Collier Sumpter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
