She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Hunter Wood; and her stepson Buck Honeycutt. She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Thompson Johnson (Kevin); her grandchildren, Meredith Shuler Prescott (Heath) and Avery Dwight Johnson; her great grandchildren, Milly of Holly Hill, Marley Prescott of Holly Hill and Sug-Sug; her sisters, Patricia Wood (Patsy), K. Y. and Katherine Wood (Kathy); her stepchildren, Cheryl Honeycutt Guess, Billy Honeycutt (Sandy), Ginny Singleton Gardiner (John), Linda Singleton Wofford (Ben) and Anita Singleton Ferree (Chris); and also Rex Irvin Singleton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and step grandchildren.
