She was predeceased by: her parents, Sammie Shuler Sr. and Mattie Lou Jacques Shuler; and her siblings, Eartha, Beverly, Deborah and Pamela.
She is survived by: her children, Tiona Shuler (Christopher Lewis), Lonell McFadden (Adyenne), Antonio McFadden (Sheena) of Charleston, SC, Javon Smith of Holly Hill, SC and Dominique Smith of Orangeburg, SC; and her sisters, Corine Shuler of Miami, FL and Margaret Berry of Columbia, SC. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 23 nieces and nephews; and a host of cousins and friends.
