He is survived by: his spouse Jessica Hinson Blackmon of Heath Springs; his children, Quorra Raven Blackmon and James Wylie Blackmon; his parents, Richard Blackmon and Tammy Blackmon of Kershaw; his brother Major Justin Lee Blackmon; his wife Anna of Virginia Beach, VA; and his mother-in-law Dawn Mechelle Pate of Ocala, FL.
