She is survived by: her parent Betty Jean Waiters Catoe; her child Heath Springs; her husband William Charles Izzard of Heath Springs; her children, Tarshea Izzard, Constance Izzard and Thomas O'Brian Izzard of Lancaster; her stepchildren, Sherika Shropshire of Daytona and Rakeylo Thompson of Kershaw; and her siblings, Brenda Catoe of Heath Springs, Teresa Bufford of Lancaster, Katherine Champion, Margaret Izzard, Trina Williams of Hephzibah, Barbara Cureton of Fort Mill, Betty Hall of Charlotte, Henry Catoe of Lancaster and Archie Catoe of Heath Springs. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
