He is survived by: his sons, Brad Outlaw (Sheila) and Curtiss Outlaw (Shannon); his grandchildren, Sydney Coley (Matt), Jamie Outlaw (Allyson), Zachary Outlaw (Maisey) and Meridith Outlaw (Jamie Tamburino); his great grandchildren, John and Josey Coley; his son David Gray; his sister-in-law Teresa Hodges; his sisters, Bette King (Gene) and Ginny Hunt; his sister-in-law Vicki Outlaw; and his daughter-in-law Sheila (David Gray). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
