He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Rogers, Jr. and Thelma Anderson Rogers; his wife Bobbie Jean Rogers; and his siblings, James Tarleton Rogers (Peanut) and Thelma Ruth Proctor.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Laverne Rogers, Jr. (Trae Crawford) of Saint Stephens, S. C. and John Willard Rogers; his sister Jo Anne Newman (S. C.); and his close friend Elaine Cowee of Saint Stephens, S. C.. He is also survived by two grandchildren; seven Great Grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
