He is survived by: his sister May Francis Little; his children, Stephanie Phillips and Allen Phillips; his grandchildren, Analisia Phillips, William Bristow, Destini Phillips and Allen Phillips, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Zy'meran and Kahmila; his siblings, Sammie Lee Phillips (Phyllis), Ronnie Phillips (Elizabeth), Ethel Jackson (Carl), James Phillips (Diane), Diane Butler (Jimmy), Charles Phillips (Althea) and Levorn Phillips (Ellcentrell); and his brother-in-law Deacon James Littles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other close relatives and friends.
