It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Tong Wilcox (Hartsville, South Carolina), born in Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Roy Tong and Loretta Agnes Benskin Tong; and her brother Jerry Tong of Oklahoma. She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Wilcox Shaw (Judson) of Hartsville, SC; her siblings, Richard Tong (Sharlene) of Missouri, Randy Tong of Oklahoma and Tina Harding of Texas; her grandchildren, Charles Urquhart, Marlee Shaw and Jud Shaw; and her close friends, Maureen Murphy, Cheryl Smith and Raleigh Smith.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to St. Mary The Virgin Mother Roman Catholic Church, 363 N. Fifth Street, Hartsville, SC 29550.
