He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gregory Smith; his children, Michelle Smith, April Cole, Kim Carter (Matt) and Robert Ciuffetelli; his sister Angie Gainey (Jackie); his sister-in-law Helen Smith; his grandchildren, Savannah Smith, Kelsey Gainey (Jaret), Evan Carter, Addyson Cole, Branton Ciuffetelli and Kolby Ciuffetelli; and his great grandchildren, Maggie Martin and Emberlee Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
