She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Buddy" Thurman and Margaret Pegues Thurman; and her husband Gregory D. Rivers. She is survived by: her children, Jenny Stinson (Jimmy) of Hartsville, SC, Jaime Jones (Chris) of Lugoff, SC, Kimberly Rivers of Hartsville, SC and Angel Martinez of McBee, SC; and her grandchildren, Rivers Stinson, Trace Stinson and Sarah Jones.
