We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2023, at the age of 66, Donald Jennings Outlaw (Hartsville, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jennings Outlaw and Lanell Hutchinson Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Meredith Parker (Chris) and Douglas Outlaw; his stepchildren, Doug Altemose (Robin) and Shannon Altemose (Ryan) of Kings Mountain, N. C.; his grandchildren, Abby Parker, Ashlyn Altemose and Caroline Altemose; and his nieces, Kayleigh Acuff (Justin) and Lindsey Windham.
