He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Eugene Hadwin and Marilyn Morris Hadwin; his grandparents, Walter, Ruby Hadwin, Rufus and Daisy Morris; and his siblings, Shirley Hadwin, Traci Elmgren and Michael McFarlane.
He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Brandi Hoover (Randy), Melissa Bell (Ricky) and Walter Eugene Hadwin IV; his grandchildren, Evalyn Hoover, Emaley Hoover, Sophia Bell, Annalise Bell, Elexie Hoover and Elton Hoover; and his siblings, Terry Grainger (Kenny), Tammie Davids (Bobby), Brittney Rodriguez (Damien), AJ and Hunter Hadwin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
