Cuevas and Justin T. Cuevas; his cousins, George Tellier Jr. (Janice), Joanie Periera-Kilcullen (Kevin), Rene Olivari (Rita) and Pedro Olivari (Keri); his siblings-in-law, Laura, Dennis, Tom and Val; his nieces and nephews, Tara, Matt, Todd, Leslee, Jason, Whitney, Alissa, Ray, Vinnie, Chrissy, Brian and Corrine; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Caitlin, Keegan, Gracyn, Maddie, Cooper, Elizabeth, Raymond and Kayla.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the ASPCA.
