It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rem Blanchard Edwards Jr. (Greenville, South Carolina), born in Washington, Georgia, who passed away on September 26, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rem Blanchard Edwards, Sr. and Ann Opal Vickers. He is survived by: his wife Alta Louise Blalock Edwards; his children, Rem Blanchard Edwards, III (Elizabeth) and Cherron Edwards Saad (Greg); and his grandchildren, Sara Louise Saad, Anne Frances Saad, Charles Joseph Saad and Thomas Remington Edwards.
