She was predeceased by: her husband John Hawkins; and her parents, Samuel Chambers and Mozelle Marsengill Chambers. She is survived by: her children, Brandy Sperry (Shawn), Melanie Waters (Joey) and Jeremy Hawkins (Jenny); her grandchildren, Cayla Kidd, Kinleigh Felder (Dominik), Jacob Sperry, Gabriel Sperry and Harper Hawkins; her great grandchildren, Teagan and Peyton Kidd; and her close friend Debbie Mauk (Craig).
