He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Ruth Hunt and Gilbert "Gib" Lewallen. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Larson (David) and Cindy Boiter (Michael); and his grandchildren, Lauren Anderson, Tyler Larson, Haley and Abby Helms.
