He was predeceased by: his parents, Finous Coleman and Edna Spires Coleman of Winnsboro, SC.; his wife Margaret Sims Coleman; his sisters, Pat Porter and Sandra Turner; and his granddaughter Lauran Ashton Burns.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Coleman (Ronique), Diana Waldrep (Stanley) and Donna Adams (Jim); his siblings, Jimmy Coleman and Alicia Pope (Bubba); his grandchildren, Ryan Coleman, Kimberly, Brandon Tanner, Jamie, Elizabeth Waldrep, Jeremiah Waldrep, Emily, Eric Masaitis, Donavon, Katie Burns, Truett Burns and Brittany Burns; and his great grandchildren, Kingston Tanner, Jackson Tanner, Easton Tanner, Emma Waldrep, Katherine Waldrep, Tobias Burns, Baylor Burns and Coleman Burns.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park, Remembrance Chapel (1901 Wade Hampton Blvd, Greenville, SC 29609). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider a memorial donation to Earle Street Baptist Church located at 225 W Earle St, Greenville, SC 29609, where he was a member, or to a charity of one's choice.
