She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Blake and Hattie Mae Blake; and her siblings, Essie Adams, Thomas Blake, James "Pete" Blake and Bishop Woodrow Blake.
She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Blake, Margaret Robinson, Genivieve Johnson, Sarah Mays, Henry Lee Blake, Bobby Blake (Diane) and Lonnie (Min); and her nephew Frazer Blake (Lisa).
