Clairene Aiken Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clairene Aiken (Greenville, South Carolina), who passed away on February 25, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Russell Harris, Jr. and Irene Tankard Harris; her husband Bud of Greenville, SC; and her sister Jane Harris Grant of Bath, NC.. She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Harris Aiken (Thomas Hagerty) of Charleston, SC, Susan Kerr Aiken of Charleston, SC and Elizabeth Aiken Chambers (Matthew) of Greenville, SC.; her grandchildren, Lanier Hagerty, Robert Hagerty, Aedan Hagerty, Wit Morris (Mireia), Bud Morris (Taelor), Macon Morris (Meagan), Eliza Chambers, Caroline Chambers and Kate Chambers; and her great grandchildren, Kai and Bru Clusella Morris.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Church (10 N Church St, Greenville, SC 29601).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Clairene's memory to Project Host (525 S. Academy St., Greenville, SC 29601), the Christ Church Outreach Fund (10 N. Church Street, Greenville, SC 29601), or a charity of one's choice.
