He is survived by: his wife Sandra Booth Hopkins; his children, Kenneth Steen of Great Falls, SC, William Hopkins of Great Falls, SC, Richard Hopkins of Great Falls, SC and Angela Steen of Great Falls, SC; and his siblings, Johnny Hopkins of Great Falls, SC, Linda Carol Goins of Great Falls, SC, Barbara Hopkins of Great Falls, SC and Joyce Fleetwood of Rock Hill, SC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
