She was predeceased by: her parents, Georgie Twitty and Eliza Langley Twitty; her husband James Edward Sims; and her children, Michael Dean Sims and Gayle Sims Lee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Vincent (Toby) of Kershaw, Linda Wright (Neal) of Surfside Beach, Cindy Taylor (Ken) of Edgemoor and Stacy Harris (Chris) of Richurg. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Riverview Hospice, 1393 Celense Road, Rock Hill, S.C. 29732.
