She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Kell Oglesby and Faye Funderburk Oglesby; her husband Bobby Joe Broom; her grandson Neil Walters; her sister Patsy O. Threatt; her nephew Brandon Wilson; and her brothers-in-law, John Campbell and Ronnie Threatt.
She is survived by: her pet Cody; her daughters, Donna Rollins (Neil), Kim Sapp (Ray) and Kelly Manning (Michael); her grandchildren, Alex Walters (Jessica), Joel Rollins, Chase Rollins, Rebekah Sapp, Joshua Sapp, Jakob Sapp, Karsyn Manning, Will Manning and Emily Manning; her great grandchild Ivy Milwood; her sister Carolyn O. Campbell; and her niece Sheri Snead (Joe). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
