He is survived by: his wife Sheree Humphries Smith; his children, Randall Dean Smith, Jr. (Marie) of Irmo, SC and Dawn Marie Smith of Queensland, Australia; his grandchildren, Kyle, Ashley, Tyler, McKenzie, Jack, John, Eleanor and Trent; his brothers, Ollie Wendell Smith, Jr. (Wanda) of St. Matthews, Ricky Smith (Janice) of Pelion, SC and Johnny Smith of Shelby, NC; and his stepdaughter Tammy Sloop of Pelion, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephew.
