She is survived by: her sons, James Neely, Jr. of Great Falls, SC, Norman Neely of Great Falls, SC and Steve Neely of Great Falls, SC; and her sister Susan Jackson Carter of Conway, SC.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
