Lugo (Montiece) of Lincolnton, NC and Loran Lugo (Michelle) of Tacoma, WA; his grandchildren, Jessica Burrows of Great Falls, SC, Lucille Duncan of Tacoma, WA, Benjamin Duncan of Great Falls, Rosalita Mitton of Tacoma, WA, Kimberly Lugo of Tacoma, WA and Jason Leach of Tacoma, WA; his great grandchildren, Sumer, Keonna, Sebastian, Blake and Zaiden; and his sisters, Billie Haynie of Texas and Lucy Ratcliff of California. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
