He was predeceased by: his parents, L. J. Horton and Louise Gladden Horton. He is survived by: his son Neil Horton of Fort Lawn; his sisters, Rene Scoggins of Great Falls and Cindy Sellers (Lonnie) of Fort Mill; and his granddaughter Karlie Horton of Fort Lawn.
