She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Worthy and Louise Wilbanks Worthy; her husband Ernest Fred Franklin; and her sons, Joe, Gene and Howard Franklin.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Franklin of Tonawanda Trail, TN, Dorothy Beckham (Randy) and Virginia Gibson of Newberry, SC. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; thirty-nine great grandchildren and twenty-four great-great grandchildren.
