He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Junior Dixon and Magdelene Pope Dixon; his wife Ruby Mae Dixon; and his grandson Michael Alexander Howard. He is survived by: his children, Charles R. Dixon, Brian Dixon of Rock Hill, SC and Sandra Dixon Howard; and his siblings, Clyde Dixon, Linda Dixon Craig of Chester, SC, Joyce McCammon, Brenda Roof, Dot Taylor of Great Falls, SC and Joyce Greene of Wilmington, DE.. He is also survived by three granddaughters, one grandson, and three great grandchildren.
