He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen J. Sanderson and Sarah Faile Sanderson; and his sisters, Cindi James and Jennifer Mayjack. He is survived by: his wife Rene Outen Sanderson; his stepdaughter Kristina Kos; his stepgrandson David Kos; his sisters, Carolyn Spain (Charles) of Conway, SC and Marylin Griffin of Hendersville, NC; his children, Amanda Sanderson of Columbia and Steven Sanderson of Summerville, SC; his grandchildren, Jalynn, Brooklyn, Sullivan and Knox; and his close friends, Sonny and Ginger Plyer. He is also survived by two nephews; one niece and two brother-in-law.
