She was predeceased by: her father James Harry Baker; and her grandparents, Harry A., Bessie Baker, Walter and Jane Ruth Powell.
She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth "Libby" Powell Baker; her siblings, Ernie Baker and Shannon Arthur (Ronnie); her niece Nikki Arthur; and her nephew Nick Arthur. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in Judy's memory be made to the Augusta University Pediatric Cancer Center, 1446 Harper Street Augusta, GA 30912.
